Impressive Translator

The package of translators were easy to buy and they came within a month. The Family has used it on many occasions in the last 30 days. It is easy to use. I tried it today on someone that spoke Malay and another that spoke Thai and they could not believe the ease and the pronunciations that came back and the written language. Very impressed. Does not take long to download languages and you have both Russian and Ukrainian and all the main languages in the world

Cancellation satisfactorily resolved

Enence's support staff (Joann) on Dec 27, 2024 has finally reached out to me to fully resolve my issue with a full refund (received on Dec 31, 2024) of my canceled order back to my credit card. I am now fully satisfied with the support service. In addition, Joann told me that I may refuse the shipment if hand delivered to me, otherwise, in case if the shipment was left at my doorstep without me able to meet the delivery person, I may keep it without return. In that case, I may leave some comments after having a chance to evaluate the translater. Thank you for your follow up service.

Finally resolved my order issue!

I am sad to report the good experience I previously had with Enence has turned into a bad one. After waiting a very long time to receive my order for our holiday in Spain, I requested to cancel the order. Anna from Muama had sent me a confirmation that my order was cancelled and I would be reimbursed for my purchase due to late delivery. As it turned out, only the way less expensive "second" invoice was cancelled and I am left with outstanding amount of 186, 99 Euros. When we returned from holiday I found three of the items I ordered had been delivered despite the order cancellation. Come to find out there were two invoices, items related to the "second invoice" were not delivered. Now I am left to deal with 3 translators that I have no use for that are missing parts and I have no need for. I have written several emails, spoken with Klarna and have heard nothing back about how to return these unneeded translators, which are of no use to me. Update 9 January. I have sent the requested info to support. Waiting for reply. It is now January 17, and despite several unsuccessful communication attempts, including here, I've finally reached support by telephone and they have promised to refund me for the full amount in the next 3-5 business days and also have a supervisor call me before the end of the business day. Thank you, Alvin for your care and responsiveness. I will provide another update when I receive confirmation of the refund.January 18, 2025 UpdateIt was a long process and took a great deal of time and persistence, but with the help of a few dedicated employees, especially Alvin (and finally Joan who heads up Customer Care), I received a full refund for the order. I am not rating the product in this review because I cancelled the translator order and have no experience with it. But I am giving customer service a four star experience. It was painful, but thank you for coming through in the end.
